Halo Water Proofing started small in the Crittenden area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Our Crittenden crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Crittenden homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Crittenden technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Crittenden calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Crittenden homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Crittenden crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Crittenden foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Crittenden schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Crittenden crews handle most.
Storm season keeps our Crittenden emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Crittenden foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Crittenden homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Crittenden jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
Every Crittenden quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Crittenden horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
Our crews stage locally near Crittenden, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Crittenden property later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Crittenden customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Crittenden customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
Every Crittenden technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
